A company is looking for a Family Medicine Physician Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a clinical thought leader in diabetes and chronic disease prevention
Provide guidance on program design, clinical protocols, and patient-engagement strategies
Educate medical groups and health systems about the National Diabetes Prevention Program
Required Qualifications
Board-certified Family Physician
Interest in preventive medicine, obesity medicine, or lifestyle medicine
Passion for tech-enabled care and population health
Experience in advocating for lifestyle-medicine-driven care
Willingness to collaborate on research and innovation in preventive medicine
