Essential Functions
Recruit and enroll prospective students by advising over the phone, online, or in person about admissions, scholarships, academic programs, and extra-curricular opportunities.Recruit and enroll a robust, well-rounded population through college fairs, high-school visits, campus recruitment activities, presentations, and off-campus student meetings.Coordinate recruitment activities, campus tours, and participate in the graduate admissions process : reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting interviews, recommending students for admission, and notifying applicants of decisions.Plan, design, develop, execute, and / or manage strategies and programs for academic-related services within the department.Assist program head with high-level administrative support responsibilities.Coordinate program activities to ensure guidelines, specifications, and procedures are enforced.Facilitate communication between administrators, faculty, staff, and students concerning programs and services.Maintain relevant databases to ensure accurate and accessible records.Coordinate and organize courses / classes including student registration, room scheduling, and equipment availability.Monitor budget and grant funding, ensuring expenditures remain within specifications and projections; research, write, submit, and administer grants and proposals.Prepare, review, and edit communications through various media outlets.Plan and implement resource development activities.Provide input to performance reviews of other employees.Why Work at Auburn?

Level I : Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience.Level II : Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in project management or program administration.Level III : Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in project management or program administration.Minimum Technology Skills : None required.Minimum License and Certifications : None required.Desired Qualifications
Preferred experience in project management or program administration.Salary Range : $40,200 - $76,540
