What you will do
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the light industrial sector, focusing on manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries.Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients' staffing needs. Utilize findings to develop strategic business plans.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery.Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to expand the company's network and enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure a seamless process from client acquisition to candidate placement.Client Retention : Implement retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships with clients, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.Required skills and knowledge
3 plus years of working experience in Business Development within Staffing Industry, prefer light industrial.Strong outside sales and canvassing territory for new clients.Light Industrial or similar industries sales experience.Strong experience with relationship building with clients and work effectively with project team members and vital stakeholders.Sales-driven with a successful track record of quarterly or annual billable sales.Proficient in MS Office and general CRM and ATS systemsBachelor's' Degree preferred but not required.J-18808-Ljbffr
