What You'll Do

Assist in designing and coordinating civil engineering projects under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Prepare and review plans, reports, and technical documentation to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges and meet client goals.

Participate in client, contractor, and municipal meetings.

Receive active support for your PE licensure and professional growth .

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)

EIT certification in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

2-6 years of relevant experience in civil / site design

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (Bentley software experience a plus)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
