Prefab Entity Insurance Analyst (PEIA)
The Prefab Entity Insurance Analyst (PEIA) supports DPR's prefab subsidiaries by managing insurance, surety counseling, compliance, and overall insurance / surety risk management. This role partners closely with prefab entity operations, risk, and contracting teams, along with DPR's national insurance group, OES, and insurance coordinators.
The PEIA is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in construction insurance and suretyexperienced in interpreting and applying insurance lines such as :

This position is part of DPR's National Insurance Team and reports directly to the National Insurance Coordinator / Analyst Leader, with a dual relationship to leaders of the prefab entities being supported.
Key Responsibilities
Manage prefab entity compliance with prime contract insurance requirements; review RFPs and contracts early in the proposal stage and escalate as needed.Oversee vendor insurance and surety compliance, including reviewing subcontract modifications and high-risk operations (e.g., cranes, temp labor).Provide insurance and surety counseling and training, staying ahead of emerging risks and coordinating educational sessions with the national insurance team.Partner with the national insurance team for project-specific or controlled insurance programs; manage enrollment and verify compliance.Participate in prefab entity operations meetings, project kick-offs, and town halls to share risk insights and foster alignment.Deliver or coordinate insurance-related training for construction and prefab teams.Collaborate with other DPR, EIG, SPW, and OES coordinators to maintain consistent company-wide insurance practices.Support the national insurance team with special projects, Toolbox content updates, and national meeting facilitation.Maintain continuing education and certifications, staying current on risk trends and insurance compliance standards.Qualifications
Education & Knowledge
Construction industry experience required.Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred (Risk Management or related field).Strong understanding of prefab and construction risk structures.Skilled in research, documentation, and process improvement.Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant insurance / risk management experience.Prior work in a construction or manufacturing environment strongly preferred.Knowledge of SharePoint, CMiC, and Microsoft Office Suite required.Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills.Certifications
Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification preferred.Additional designations (IRMI, RIMS, etc.) a plus.What We're Looking For

Primarily office-based with regular collaboration across DPR prefab entities.Moderate travel for training or prefab site visits may be required.In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and / or performance. Salary is just one component of DPR's total compensation package. Anticipated starting pay range : $62,755-$107,580.
