This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee financial operations for two established manufacturing sites in North Carolina, supporting approximately 100 employees across the region. About the Role
We are seeking a Controller to manage financial operations across two North Carolina manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will :
- Oversee accounting functions across both sites, including AP, AR, payroll, and cash management
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting for multi-site operations
- Provide financial analysis on costs, margins, and profitability to guide strategic decisions
- Partner closely with operations leadership to align financial performance with production and efficiency goals
- Manage audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax, and regulatory standards
- Develop and mentor a finance team of five direct and indirect reports
- Support strategic initiatives including expansions, integrations, and future acquisitions

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s preferred5–10 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in a manufacturing environmentExpertise in GAAP, tax compliance, financial reporting, and internal controlsExperience with cash management, forecasting, and audit coordinationStrong proficiency in ERP / accounting systems and advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilitiesCompensation & Benefits
