Job description

McBride Homes is seeking an experienced Photographer to join our Marketing team. McBride is Missouri's largest homebuilder and an industry leader in residential new home construction. We have built over 40,000 homes across the St. Louis area and have been in business for nearly 80 years.

The Marketing Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images and video of new homes, model homes, construction progress, and community features. This role works closely with the marketing team to develop and execute visual content that promotes the company brand and drives sales.

Salary : $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience and an annual, discretionary bonus program

Responsibilities

  • Take professional photographs and videos of newly constructed homes, finished model homes, and design features for use in marketing material
  • Visit active job sites to photograph construction progress, special building techniques, and safety protocols for internal and external communication
  • Produce engaging multimedia content for the company website, social media channels, advertisements, and other promotional materials
  • Work with the marketing and sales teams to plan shoots, develop creative content ideas, and ensure visual assets align with brand standards
  • Edit, retouch, and color-correct all visual content to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
  • Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in interior and exterior photography as well as proficiency in photo editing
  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation for traveling to various properties and construction sites
  • Previous professional real estate photography experience is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
