Summary
Our client is an innovative building Construction firm with a strong backlog of diverse, national projects. Thanks to growth in South Florida, they are looking to add a senior level Superintendent with Healthcare / Hospital project experience to the team.
The Lead Superintendent will oversee large Hospital renovation / addition / new build projects up to $50m while working closely with Owners, Architects, and Project Managers to assure on time and under budget completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop project logistics plan / schedules, ensuring timely coordination with construction team
- Lead onsite construction teams, ensuring effective collaboration with all team members
- Demonstrate company values in daily interfaces, promoting team health and career growth for direct reports
- Collaborate with Project Manager on financials and address changes from established budgets
- Utilize Lean Construction Practices / Principles.
- Establish relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors, Developers, and other key project stakeholders
- Attend Owner / Architect meetings to thoroughly communicating project progress
- Interact with Safety personnel to review project safety and inspection information
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Construction field coordination, or relevant commercial construction project experience
- Healthcare project experienced of $25m+ preferred
- Experience using Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC or comparable construction technologies is a plus
