Junior Account Manager - Entry Level Opportunity!

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Account Manager role located in Houston, TX. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, setting up new accounts, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and communicating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right products or services
  • Present and explain features and benefits clearly
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and outcomes

Qualifications
