Business Analyst

A local client is in need of strong Business Analyst to help with a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Pilot.

Preferred experience :

• Salesforce Field Service Lightning (preferred)
• Mobile worker dispatching and routing (preferred), think cable installers or repairmen who have a series of orders they need to complete for the day
• As-is / to-be process modelling
• Understanding APIs, JSON, call / response payloads, etc
• Write stories in Jira for development team to complete
• Lead refinement, estimation with developer team for stories
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders (and exec presence to interact with stakeholders)
• Skills

Business analysis, Agile, Requirements gathering, User stories, Jira, Dispatching, Scheduling

• Additional Skills & Qualifications

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $68.00 / hr.
