Position Summary : This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of treasury products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain and continuously improve product offering and delivery channels as the subject matter expert and product owner of assigned product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the treasury space.
  • Develop and implement treasury products and services, including cash management, liquidity solutions, and risk management tools.
  • Explore and evaluate new product offerings, that align with client needs and the Banc’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide ongoing product support and assist with training development and execution.
  • Create product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the overall business goals and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales, relationship management teams, and clients to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and revenue metrics, customer feedback, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with management to select new vendors, manages vendor and system costs, performance, and ongoing profitability.
  • Develop reporting and presentation materials for management and board review.
  • Stay current of regulatory changes and industry developments affecting treasury products and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee system implementation, data analytics, and reporting processes.
  • Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management or product management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of employee management

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification such as AAP (Accredited ACH Professional).
  • Extensive knowledge of analysis accounts, treasury products, and online platforms.
  • Familiarity with system implementation, particularly FIS Horizon, is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching treasury products and services, with a focus on cash management, liquidity management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial markets, and banking regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and drives initiatives forward.

Education / Experience :

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and / or training;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Ability :

Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Computer Skills :

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Analytical System / Application Dashboards, etc.
