Minimum Requirements And Qualification
- Junior or senior year in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field of study
- 1+ years of applicable experience
Experience Preferred :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Excellent organization skills with attention to detail and accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge / Skills Needed :Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in team environment interacting with a variety of functional areas and management levelsUse of an ERP system and basic workflows within an ERP system.Major Responsibility Areas And Duties
Assist and review when needed, Vendor Master Information in the ERP systemAssist in tracking and analyzing inventory levels, shipments, and supplier performance when needed /Support procurement activities including vendor communication, purchase orders, and data entryParticipate in supply chain planning and forecasting activitiesMaintain accurate records and documentation for audits and complianceCollaborate with internal departments to resolve supply chain issues as needed / requested.Contribute to process improvement projects and present findings to supply chain leadershipWhen needed, assist in analyzing and maintaining appropriate target stock levels and safety stock, and surge stock levels using ERP and statistical inventory management tools and techniquesAs a key member of the team, support analytical based projects to support responsive supply chain strategiesIdentify process improvement opportunities, key issues and support with qualitative and quantitative analysisOther duties as directed.Must be abl e to maintain a school / work schedule and a maximum of 29 hours per weekEOS Defense Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identification and sexual orientation) or national origin in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
