The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional experience for everyone who enters our office. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage front-desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Maintain office supplies, records, and general administrative support.

Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and welcoming.

Support internal teams with administrative tasks as needed.
