Key Responsibilities
Design and manage dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs to advance People and Talent initiatives
Examine large HR datasets to identify trends related to hiring, engagement, performance, and retention
Collaborate with various teams to develop a strategic roadmap for enhancing data capabilities and deliver impactful analytics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in building dashboards and visualizations in an HR or People Analytics context
5 years of experience with data visualization tools such as Thoughtspot, Tableau, or Power BI
Hands-on experience with the Workday HCM suite
Expert-level proficiency in analytics and reporting tools, including advanced Excel and Google Sheets
