The Business Development Rep is responsible for building and nurturing business and client relationships. The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively and is responsible for managing and tracking marketing and business development efforts, outcomes, and opportunities.
The Business Development Rep is a professional-level, part-time position.

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Mesa, AZ, with a Monday–Thursday, 4-day workweek. Hybrid / Remote work is not offered at our firm.

Responsibilities :
Strengthen current networking relationshipsIdentify markets and grow current networks to include more diverse, profitable networking partnersContact professionals and other people who are in the “supply chain” of our ideal clients to establish business relationships and meet with themCollaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure monthly priority touches and ROIs are met and documented in the firm’s referral trackerCommunicate a strong understanding of company services as well as the unique value proposition of the owner of the firmLead the adaptation of business development for their office location and audiences while staying true to the brandWork closely with the owner and marketing to analyze key business drivers and develop action plans to optimize opportunities to drive the businessCoordinate and schedule all meetings between the owner and professional contacts, including preparing any materials necessary for the meetings and ensuring that all commitments made by the firm representative are fulfilled in a timely mannerQualifications :
Education & Experience
Demonstrated record of success in building and leveraging strong professional networksA minimum of five years of track record of high impact as a Business Development Manager, Account Executive, or Marketing SpecialistLaw firm or personal injury market knowledge is not required, but a plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsProfessional and empathetic demeanor, especially when handling sensitive mattersSomeone who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative settingAbout Company
