Our integrated care model blends physical medicine, behavioral health, acupuncture, and neuro-diagnostics to help patients reclaim quality of life.

As we grow, we’re seeking a dedicated, collaborative, and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Redding region . • Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team
• Perform patient assessments, order diagnostics, and formulate care plans
• Educate patients on injury prevention, treatment plans, and recovery
• Contribute to the optimization of treatment protocols and team-based care
