Job description5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial projects ($5M+ range). Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills. Experience in industrial, retail, or mixed-use projects a plus. Competitive salary with annual performance incentives. Project Manager
An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up commercial projects across Texas and the Southwest. With over 20 years in the industry, this firm delivers large-scale industrial, retail, medical, mixed-use, and institutional projects and is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to safety, quality, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams across all project phases.
- Review and track budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Coordinate with owners, design professionals, and field staff to maintain communication and accountability.
- Promote and enforce company safety standards on all job sites.
