Job Description
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems across processing, bakery, packaging, and production areas.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to support overall equipment reliability.
Diagnose issues and perform corrective actions on motors, pumps, bearings, and electrical components.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Support other maintenance technicians with equipment disassembly, assembly, and general repairs.
Conduct daily startup, observe operations, monitor gauges and instrumentation, and document key data.
Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and work areas.
Uphold all safety, USDA, QA, HACCP, sanitation, and company policies.
Maintain consistent, punctual attendance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
6+ months of related electrical or industrial maintenance experience (or equivalent education + experience).
Ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures, safety rules, and operational instructions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write routine reports and collaborate with teams.
Competency in basic math, algebra, and geometry.
Ability to troubleshoot problems, collect data, and interpret technical instructions and schematics.
Preferred : SACA certification(s).
