A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to oversee key revenue workflows and ensure operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of API and Excel data, including outreach and delinquency reporting
Monitor daily automated alerts and maintain SLA compliance across multiple workflows
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues and improve documentation
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or PropTech
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Experience with Looker, Salesforce dashboards, and basic SQL queries via BigQuery
Familiarity with automation tools like Iterable and API testing utilities
Comfortable coordinating remote or offshore teams for ticket handling and workflow QA
