Overview Customer Solutions / Success Engineer — San Francisco (Onsite) $110K–$165K Equity | Full-Time | Visa Sponsorship Available One of the fastest-growing startups in Construction Tech is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer in San Francisco. They’re just 20 people today, but already cash-flow positive, scaling quickly, and backed by top-tier investors. Their platform connects legacy ERPs to modern systems through a proprietary API and intuitive UI, helping both construction firms and software companies unlock efficiency. This is a hybrid role blending customer success, implementation, and solutions engineering. You’ll : Lead technical discovery and demos with prospective customers Own onboarding, configuration, training, and adoption end-to-end Manage 5–10 concurrent, complex implementations Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering Build repeatable processes and automation to scale growth You’ll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the go-to-market function.
