A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate I- Russian.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and responds to routine member and / or provider inquiries, requests, and concerns accurately and timely
Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated to resolve issues during initial contact
Documents all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
Bilingual in English and Russian strongly preferred
Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
