Family Medicine Physician with Faculty

Job Description

As\na full-time Family Medicine Physician in Valparaiso, IN, you will coordinate\nand provide proactive care for patients with chronic conditions, as well as\nidentify wellness and preventive services for clinical patients. This role\ninvolves seeing patients two days per week in a clinical setting and serving as\nfaculty for our Physician Residency Program, teaching residents during the\nother two days.

Faculty\nResponsibilities :

\n\n

• Assist\nin arranging resident rotations to meet program goals and objectives.

\n\nProvide\nacademic

counseling and mentorship to residents.

\n\nParticipate\nin

on-site program reviews to ensure quality and compliance with

program\nstandards.

\n\nPerform\nadditional

duties as assigned related to both clinical care and

academic\ndevelopment.
