JOB OVERVIEW

- Schedule : Monday Friday, standard clinic hours
- On-Call Expectations : 1 : 10 rotation
- Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing (90120 days) PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
- Patient Demographics : Adults (Family Medicine may also see Pediatrics and Geriatrics)
- Average Daily Volume / Census : 2026 patients per day
- Consults & Follow-Ups : Yes
- Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : Preventive care, chronic disease management, general internal medicine, and family practice FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- EMR System : Epic fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII
- Specialty Backup : Collegial system physicians and subspecialty support
- Support Staff : Multidisciplinary team with APPs, nurses, and support staff
- Leadership & Reporting Structure : Reports to practice Medical Director
- Reason for Opening : Growth and expansion CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE
