The DFC Dealer Relations Associate I is responsible for ensuring sales and loan targets are met, contributing to company's growth and profitability by meeting the financial needs of regional markets, and responsible for both new business development and portfolio / relationship management.
The DFC Dealer Relations Associate I reports to the DFC Dealer Relations Manager.
Locations : Pittsburgh, PA (Remote with travel), Richmond, VA (Remote with travel)
Compensation Range : $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Travel Requirements : Up to 75%
Responsibilities :
- Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships with dealer partners through on-site visits and regular communication.
- Plan and organize sales visits to assigned dealer partners on established timelines.
- Communicate with dealers on current offerings and programs.
- Train dealers on proper documentation for funding.
- Works closely with dealers to promote the sales and implementation of financial products.
- Participates in ongoing relationship performance reviews with all clients.
- Analyze active loan file performance and recommend solutions to enhance results.
- Maintain established benchmarks for originations and loan performance.
- Demonstrate compliance with all regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes.

Skills and Qualifications :
2-years' experience in retail / consumer lending strongly preferred.Experience in sales preferredStrong attention to detailSense of urgencyExcellent communicationPC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)Competencies :
