Position Summary

The Vendor Relations & Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing Allegiance Flag Supply's network of domestic suppliers to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and performance across all production materials. This role develops and maintains supplier agreements, drives communication cadence, identifies alternate and new sources, and partners cross-functionally to support new product development and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with sourcing and contractual experience and thrives in a fast-growing, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Vendor Management and Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all external vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain a regular communication schedule to review performance, delivery, and quality metrics.
• Track supplier performance, pricing, and lead-time adherence.
• Identify risks or supply interruptions and develop proactive mitigation plans.
