We are seeking an Property Accountant for our Atlanta, Georgia corporate office .
What you'll do :
- Prepares and assists with creating and maintaining budget worksheets and enters into corresponding software
- Downloads monthly bank statements
- Prepares bank reconciliations
- Prepares and assists with preparing accurate and timely financial statements & variance reports for all managed entities.
- Maintains property sub schedules for all managed entities including security deposit schedules as needed
- Completes various tasks assigned during the monthly close for numerous entities
- Coordinates with auditors to schedule dates for field work and provide basic information from PBC lists
- Assists with request for funding from developer, banks and / or investment group entities
- Establishes and maintains positive relationships with internal / external sources
- Assists with special projects as needed
- Assists with other accounting department needs as necessary
