DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Logistics and Operations
• Demonstrate a proven track record of hands-on experience in implementing ERP or warehouse management systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of freight and distribution processes
• 15+ years of experience in warehouse management
• Analytical skills to assess and optimize warehouse operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

As a Warehouse Manager , you will be pivotal in transforming warehouse operations through building teams, coaching, inventory optimization, freight management, and streamlining distribution processes.

As a key player, you will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, implement innovative strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead and revamp warehouse teams to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Implement coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and performance of warehouse staff
• Lead ERP or warehouse system implementations based on your expertise in the field
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless collaboration for the freight needs
• Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
• Manage all the aspects of freight and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
• Implement safety protocols and compliance measures to ensure a secure working environment
• Utilize advanced data analysis to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall operational performance
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the warehouse
