About The Position

Experience : 24 months minimum of current Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience required

License : No License Hits required

Certifications : American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission required

Must-Have :

• Banner cover page completely filled out
• Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
• Skills checklist specific to the discipline, must be less than a year old
• Active license, verification must be less than 30 days old
• Certifications must be active at time of submission
• Pre-closed candidates ready for acceptance
• All facilities the traveler is open to working in must be listed
• All shifts the traveler is open to working on must be listed
• All departments the traveler is open to working in must be checked

Description :

This position is for a Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech.

All locations should be vetted for the travelers.

Candidates' experience in departments they are willing to accept should be noted.

This ensures quicker presentations as orders open and close rapidly.

This form needs to be accurate, with all requests highlighted.

Candidates should be prepared with availability immediately after the order start date.

All requested time off must be noted.

Requests for time off cannot exceed seven days.

Requests will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

The specific background requirements must be adhered to and attested.

Travel experience is preferred.

All candidates submitted must be pre-closed and ready for acceptance.

Please inform us if the traveler withdraws or becomes unavailable.

Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility.
