Job description
A company is looking for a Prehospital Assessment Nurse for Pre Admission Testing.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews patient charts and conducts assessment interviews to determine preoperative needs
Provides preoperative education and coordinates with healthcare professionals for patient care
Manages the preoperative pathway by completing necessary preparations and consultations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 years of relevant RN experience required; pre-admission testing or pre-op nursing experience preferred
Strong computer skills required
Licensed Registered Nurse or Multi State License required upon hire
Basic Life Support certification required upon hire
