Real Estate Paralegal

We are conducting a search for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with 4-6 years experience to join our top-rated global law firm client in their Los Angels office.

What You'll Do :

The successful candidate will have transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sales transactions, and leasing. Experience with title and survey review, negotiating title coverage and endorsements, loan documents, real property searches, preparation of closing and post-closing documents, preparation of deeds and property tax forms, title review and the coordination of closing activities, as well as familiarity with general corporate structure required.

What You'll Bring :

• College Degree preferred along with a paralegal certificate.
• 4-6 years of Real Estate Paralegal experience.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
