About the Role :

In this position, you will work at a TurboTax location, providing assistance to customers both in-person and virtually through Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax expertise will enable you to offer comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and product support. Your ability to connect with customers on a personal level is vital for easing the stress many feel during tax season. Whether it's simple W2 filings or complex tax scenarios involving business income and investments, you will be the trusted expert guiding your clients.

In addition to serving customers, you will actively contribute to growing TurboTax's client base within the community, building lasting relationships, and fostering customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with essential tools and dedicated support to facilitate your success.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and full service tax preparation for a variety of tax situations. You will uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice using reliable resources.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador : Act as a local representative for TurboTax, engaging with prospective clients to cultivate a strong customer base. You'll organize local events to enhance customer engagement.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Enthusiastically represent TurboTax in your community. You will participate in local outreach and host educational events to make taxes accessible to everyone.
• Build Relationships : Establish connections with clients to gain their trust and ensure they return for future tax needs.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience : Focus on creating exceptional experiences for customers, demonstrating genuine interest in helping them achieve their financial goals.
