Your Role : As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our retail areas. Your focus will be on maximizing per-cap spends and average transaction values while leading your team to deliver exceptional service.
Here's what you'll be doing :
- Being the shining example of excellence on the floor
- Leading and inspiring the retail team to exceed KPI and Mystery Visit targets
- Collaborating with the Retail Manager on labor budgets and schedules
- Assisting with ordering, merchandising, and inventory control
- Supporting revenue goals for our commercial areas
- Serving as an on-duty manager when needed
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff
- Reporting key metrics and inventory levels
- Managing performance and growth through development plans and appraisals
- Ensuring visual appeal and effectiveness of assigned areas
- Handling guest complaints and fostering teamwork through incentive programs
- Maintaining proper coverage and staff utilization
- Leading daily team briefings with attraction SLT
- Completing tasks in our Futura Inventory Management system to support accuracy
Qualifications & Experience :
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, visitor attractions, or retail outlets
