With over 30 years of excellence, this Fair Lawn-based General Contractor specializes in luxury residential construction across Westchester County, NYC, and Connecticut. Despite being a smaller operation, the company maintains a polished, professional atmosphere with a team of 30 employees. The CEO is deeply involved in day-to-day operations, sitting alongside the PMs and fostering a collaborative culture. Notably, most of the current PMs started as APMs-demonstrating the company's commitment to internal growth and mentorship.

Job Description

Support Project Managers in overseeing high-end residential construction projects.

Assist in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications.

Conduct site visits 1-2 times per week (primarily Greenwich, CT; occasional NYC).

Coordinate with vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.

Prepare documentation, track progress, and help resolve on-site issues.

Maintain a polished, client-facing presence on high-profile projects.

The Successful Applicant

2-3 years of experience in luxury residential construction.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable traveling to job sites weekly (train accessible).

Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-end clients.

Eager to learn and grow into a Project Manager role.
