• Research and book various vacation packages for clients.
• Create vacation quotes, itineraries, and invoices.
• Participate in live and recorded training sessions to continuously improve your skills.
• Safely handle client payments.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients via phone and email.
• Make bookings for various travel services, including hotels, cruises, resorts, travel insurance, flights, rental cars, excursions, and more.

• Residency : Must be a U.S. resident.
• Language : Fluent in English.
• Technology : Access to a smartphone and / or computer (recommended).

Requirements

Requirements : Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Columbia, and Mexico. Possess a reliable computer, laptop, or smartphone with internet access.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and effective problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
