Responsibilities

• Experience with troubleshooting VOIP and Audio devices.
• Experience with Audio and Video conferencing technology and infrastructure.
• Testing experience on Audio and VoIP conferencing devices.
• Configuration and Setup of Conferencing devices such as phones, panels etc.
• Coordination with field ITMs.
• Experience working with ticketing systems.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum : $25 / h

Pay Range Maximum : $40 / h

Role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
