We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville, United States. As the face of our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
- Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and orders professionally
- Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare food items according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Adhere to all company policies, food safety regulations, and quality control standards
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
