Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Residential Experiences, the Program Coordinator for Residential Education plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of Residential Education activities by providing programmatic, event, and administrative support. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the essential responsibilities for Residential Education including, student education & engagement, recruitment, and hiring. This position assists in the implementation of HRE's Residential Education Model (REM) by helping plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale programming. Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing room reservations, coordinating resource allocations, placing catering orders, coordinating interview schedules, formal employment processes for student staff, and responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
