You are

The UKG (Legacy Kronos) Ready Consultant for Payroll works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. The primary objective is to understand clients' current state and use expert knowledge and best practices to deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. The UKG Ready Payroll Consultant leads complex workforce management strategic and implementation engagements and manages these projects to successful completion. We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for Payroll Modules, focusing on North America Payroll. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America.

The Work

• Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Ready (Legacy Kronos Workforce Ready) Payroll modules.
• Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications and upgrades of payroll initiatives including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
• Participates in and contributes to pre-sales and sales strategies.
• Facilitates complex working sessions for both internal and client teams, including defining strategic objectives and tailors these to meet client-specific needs as necessary.
• Creates detailed functional and technical design documents, including test plans, test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation.
• Handles escalated issues, understands client needs and tailors solutions and responses to meet these needs.
• Analyzes complex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in a compelling way.
• Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and / or services to enhance clients' operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices.
• Provides mentorship and knowledge transfer to our consulting base.
• Attends to administrative expense tracking and time keeping duties required for billing.
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Compensation and location

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on location, role, skill set, and experience. A reasonable range of compensation is provided for roles in certain US locations. Role location salary ranges include : California : 63,800 - 196,000; Colorado : 63,800 - 169,300; District of Columbia : 68,000 - 180,300; Illinois : 59,100 - 169,300; Minnesota : 63,800 - 169,300; Maryland : 59,100 - 156,800; New York / New Jersey : 59,100 - 196,000; Washington : 68,000 - 180,300.
