Regional Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional project execution across our global supply chain, supporting the transformation efforts across 100+ manufacturing plants.
• Deploy and govern large-scale, enterprise-wide projects that shape how data, process, and performance come together.
• Be a key participant in constructing the structure for the Global Supply Chain Project Management Toolbox.
• Apply The Tenneco Way to standardize processes, improve accountability, and accelerate progress.

Education : Bachelor's degree in project management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, International Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (Master's a plus). Certificate of any APICS or Six Sigma a plus.

Skills

Extensive knowledge and experience with project planning and tracking tools, Gantt charts, RAID logs, MS Project, etc.

Strong and assertive communication skills in English; ability to collaborate across cultures, functions, and time zones. Other languages are a plus.
