WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As a tree care Sales Representative, your day will revolve around in-person visits to client properties, where you'll meet with potential customers, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions. You'll inspect outdoor spaces, assess visible concerns, and propose services that fit each client's situation. You'll prepare pricing estimates, answer questions, and guide clients toward moving forward with the work. Follow-up will be a key part of your success, ensuring no opportunity is left behind. Most of your interactions will be with residential homeowners, with occasional commercial projects. For more complex jobs, you'll also coordinate with our operations team to ensure our crews are well-prepared. Along the way, you'll take part in regular sales training and receive support to build your knowledge and confidence in the services we offer.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

Our current standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 or 5 PM.

Previous sales experience preferred. Experience in field-based or face-to-face sales is a plus.
