Technical Delivery Lead

Overview

The Real Deal is looking for a Technical Delivery Lead to join our growing digital team. This is not a traditional developer role or a product manager role — it's a hybrid execution-focused position for someone who knows how to work with code, organize work for others, and ensure that features, fixes, and platform updates go out smoothly. You'll act as the glue between product, dev, and business teams — owning tasks from spec to QA, and stepping into code when needed to unblock or ship. If you're the kind of person who sees a half-written ticket and thinks "I'll clean that up and get it done" — this role is for you.

Base pay range

$120,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

What You\'ll Do

• Coordinate and Organize Dev Work

Keep the backlog clean, scoped, and prioritized

QA features before launch and coordinate testing

Jump into frontend / backend / scripting to fix bugs or ship small features

Field incoming requests from sales, editorial, subscriptions, and marketing

3–6 years of dev experience (React, Python, or similar stack)
