What You'll Do

As an AI Support Engineer, you will ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of our software solutions. Your role combines quality assurance, technical support, and documentation to help deliver high-performing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and executing manual and automated test cases.
• Reviewing code and contributing to automated testing frameworks.
• Using SQL for data validation, automated testing, and troubleshooting.
• Creating technical documentation for internal wikis and internal client teams.
• Providing break-fix support and collaborating with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Enhancing, monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively identify and address issues.
• Driving QA best practices and helping define standards for future hires.

Why This Role is Unique

The compensation range for this role is 85,000 to 105,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors : location-based market rate for the role; your abilities in relation to the job specification; performance during screening and interview; pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
