Allied Universal Event Services, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring a team of Special Response Officers to work our events at BMO Stadium. Our Special Response Team Officers will provide incident-response teams at client venues for sports, concerts, and special events. This role may be on foot, bicycle, or motorized vehicle depending on venue and deployment. The Response Team Officer shall respond to incidents either observed or called in from the command post, in support of regular security personnel and on-duty law enforcement. The Response Team Officer may be required to compose reports, be part of eviction teams, and deter criminal activity and misconduct.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Perform roaming security patrols of designated areas at special events, on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of client rule infractions, such as unruly behavior or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter restricted areas and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect against theft of client and company property and ensure that authorized removal of property is conducted within appropriate client requirements.
• Respond to incidents as directed by client, managers, and law enforcement.
• Request law enforcement assistance as needed and support law enforcement as requested.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain written logs as required by client and company.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Make productivity and safety recommendations to management.
