Job Summary

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Advancement is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic fundraising initiatives donor engagement and communications efforts to support PPLs mission of empowering individuals and families to achieve self-reliance. The AVP will lead a team of professionals to expand philanthropic support enhance community partnerships and elevate the organizations visibility and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies including major gifts annual giving planned giving and corporate / foundation support.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with high-level donors and prospects.
• Build and scale structured major and planned giving programs.

Salary : $125000-$150000 / annually DOQ
