Job Description :
Seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Miami Florida Campus. With over 15,000 customers and visitors per year, we are looking to expand our team. You will serve as the initial point of contact for the Miami Campus, checking in and verifying documentation, and or training, for guests from around the world. The campus handles flight training and maintenance programs for customers from multiple airlines. This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
