Job description4 years of experience in low income / affordable housing property management preferred w / focus on Section 42 (IRS) and / or Project-Based Section 8 (HUD) programs Knowledge of Fair Housing Practices, tax credit, & HUD compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, & communication skills; customer focus; respect for confidentiality; ability to work w / diverse populations, & work tactfully within a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Section 42 (IRS) and / or Project-Based Section 8 (HUD) regulations, & fostering a positive living environment for residents
- Coordinating resident activities / Collecting rent & serve late notices as needed / expense tracking to maintain the financial health of the community.
- Cultivate positive relationships w / residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, & community engagement initiatives.
- Overseeing maintenance operations
- Coordinating leasing activities, and processing lease applications.
- Prepare weekly & monthly compliance reports and documenting files
- Supervise staff including maintenance techs & administrative personnel
