In this role, you will lead and manage Traffic Engineering Engineers and Projects for public and private projects, including roadway, single-family, multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality & corporate developments.

- Lead traffic studies and analysis projects
- Manage and coordinate project drawings
- QC for all projects
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Interact with internal management and external clients

- Civil Engineering Degree
- PE in Ohio
- Ability to read and write professionally
- Synchro / Sim Traffic experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to have fun
