This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven litigator to guide clients through complex probate, trust, and estate disputes while mentoring a growing team of attorneys and shaping the future of the office.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage trust and estate litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships, expand business development opportunities, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the firm’s values-driven culture and deliver exceptional results for clients.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and serve as a key leader in the San Diego office.
