At Malek, we do accountability. You’ll run the day-to-day of a $17M+ home service company like it’s yours. You’ll lead leaders, enforce playbooks, and turn potential into performance. This is a role for someone who operates with urgency, thinks in dashboards, and gets fired up by scoreboard pressure.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- The full company P&L — revenue, margin, and profit delivery
- Daily huddles, weekly scorecards, monthly alignment with department heads
- Technician performance, dispatch efficiency, booking rates, and field ops execution
- Hiring, coaching, and replacing to build a true A-player bench
- KPI-driven leadership across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, install, and CSR teams
- Partnership with marketing to optimize lead conversion and eliminate waste
- Customer experience outcomes across every service line
HOW YOU'LL BE PAID
