Unit : Labor & Delivery (707) – Mission Hospital, 509 Biltmore Ave, 4th Floor, G Tower\n\nOverview : \n16 -bed L&D unit with ~120 staff providing high-risk obstetric care and immediate newborn management.\n\nStaffing & Ratios : \n\nDay / Night : Charge RN, RN, PCT, CST\n\nRatios : 1 : 1 or 1 : 2\n\nEquipment & EMR : \n\nBaxter Pumps, Philips Fetal Monitoring\n\nCerner, Fetal Ink\n\nKey Procedures : \nVaginal & Cesarean deliveries, D&C, Cerclage, C- Hyst\n\nRequirements : \n\n2+ yrs L&D experience, high-risk & newborn care\n\nCertifications : NRP, BLS / ALS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring\n\nPreferred : \nCirculating experience\n\nFloat Areas : MFMU, MOMB, NICU\nDress Code : Scrubs provided\nPersonality Fit : Outgoing, friendly, adaptable\nWeekends / Call : Not required; available with approval
